Cancellation Policy
“Our company values customer satisfaction and we strive to provide the best advertising services to our clients. Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
Customer Can Request the cancellation of service with in 48 ours of making payment or before the completion of services whichever is earlier.
Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit cards.
Refund Policy
However, we understand that there may be times when a client may not be completely satisfied with the services provided.
In such cases, we offer a 14-day return policy for our advertising services. If a client is not satisfied with the services provided, they can request a refund within 14 days of the services being rendered.
To request a refund, the client must contact our customer service team at hello@gantillc.com and provide a detailed explanation of the issues they have with the services provided. Our team will review the request and determine if a refund is appropriate.

Please note that the refund request will be processed only if the client has not utilized the services in any form of advertising and the refund amount will be prorated based on the amount of services consumed.
We do not offer refund for any customised services or services that are part of a package deal.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it is determined that the issues with the services provided are due to a lack of communication or cooperation on the client’s part.
